Ensuring implementation KPI achievements and quarterly goals by leading regional sales teams, including tactical activities, such as pricing, promotions, and channel development; Defining mid-/long-term strategies for launching brands, categories, and products in target markets; Prospecting, negotiating and appointing new customers, channels partners and retailers across CIS and East Europe region; Devising sales/marketing plans and conducting PSI analysis to streamline sales operations; Managing a profit center by combining necessary; functions, such as commercial, finance, sales, and marketing, after sales service, and logistics; Supervising process of product road-mapping focusing on selection, development, and launch of ideal portfolio of products in target markets; Optimizing net revenue and margin growth while focusing on new market development; Preparing annual regional on pricing, marketing activities, and sales forecasts. Key Accomplishments, I attained during this role:
• Launched Toshiba brand in CIS and East Europe in 16+ countries in 2019-2020.
• Introduced Midea brand in CIS and East Europe region in 10+ countries in 2020.
• Expanded company's market share by 3-5% in major markets despite COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
• Successfully relaunched Toshiba Air Purifiers and Microwaves in the East Europe market in 2020, with 300% sales growth.
