Jul. 2013 - Jan. 2017Boston, MAAfter being with TD as a teller for two years, I assumed the management role of Head Teller and continue to provide excellent customer service, meet customer's needs, exceed sales goals, and encourage smooth operations and compliance within retail banking. One on one coaching, company networking and attending events, and solving customer issues are also facets I enjoy. As I have grown in my role at TD, being a people manager as well as learning fraud reduction and management have been highlights of my career. TD provided me with a safe, inclusive LGBT environment and I have participated in many sponsored events for the community. It was a perfect job as the work-life balance allowed me to continue exploring my writing, activism, and music.
