Our highly trained teachers live their yoga and are exceptionally knowledgeable in all facets of classical raja yoga, offering a variety of classes taught in their own unique and distinctive styles. We teach in a manner that is conducive to a small to mid-size group setting and is mindful of each student’s limitations and practice intentions.
