Dec. 2020Albuquerque, New Mexico, United StatesHold and maintain an active DOE Q clearance. Manage a team of instructional designers, eLearning developers, subject matter experts, instructors, and training coordinators in developing, revising, maintaining, and delivering training for the Department of Energy.
Offer support across employee positions to include instructional design, eLearning, Learning Management System operations, and course deliveries. Complete annual operation plans, annual training program reviews, department budgets, course material reviews, employee evaluations, and instructor certification evaluations.
Work closely with DOE sites to certify potential instructors through the NTC’s Instructor Certification Program and ELD’s Basic Instructor Training course. Monitor student and instructor feedback and project status updates.
Instruct NTC course deliveries, as necessary, and hold instructor certification through the NTC’s Instructor Certification Program to instruct several NTC courses. Lead the Safety Culture Improvement Panel Training Working Group to determine DOE safety culture training needs.
Encourage impactful staff results by communicating job expectations; providing necessary tools and support; and evaluating project results and employee performance.
