I was responsible for developing STEM programming educational partnerships and relevant partner training for all academic clients, in coordination with the curriculum developer and COO. ▸ Collaborate with leadership to define areas of growth within the education market and develop executive strategies to target and capitalize on opportunities in the middle, high school, and collegiate audience markets. ▸ Lead the creation of marketing materials to support the sales and implementation operations at LINGO, specifically targeted at school licensing products. ▸ Develop, review, and implement educator-specific training programs to align with needs. ▸ Ensure consistency in the delivery and application of training standards across the business and oversee the planning, prioritization, and development of new training initiatives, ensuring that these initiatives are consistent with LINGO overall strategies, objectives, and needs. ▸ Developed internal KPIs that were tracked and evaluated at quarterly intervals to continually measure the success of training programs and communicate the outcomes to clients at the conclusion of the program.

In addition, I managed the college’s budgetary and strategic objectives. ▸ Directed day-to-day facilities operation for a 500,000 sq. ft campus with 8 buildings and one offsite location. ▸ Developed standard operating procedures and managed facilities, maintenance (HVAC, electrical, janitorial, landscape, plumbing, general construction) and associated contractors. ▸ Spearheaded all small building construction/renovation and internal move projects and ongoing state/federal facilities, maintenance and janitorial contracts. ▸ Planned and managed concurrent projects including classroom and office renovations, upgrade of campus water fountains, and upgrade of campus water mains. ▸ Implemented and coordinated equipment and campus preventative maintenance program which led to a 10% reduction in campus costs. ▸ Negotiated with vendors to reduce costs and balanced a budget of two million dollars. ▸ Directly supervised 2 managers with 10 full-time reports.
