Collaborate with the GM and the Commercial team as well as Key Accounts and Partners to ensure the evolution of the platforms and service provided as well as the fulfillment of the SLAs. Identify and vet potential partners to broaden the scope of services provided. Achievements: Pitch, sales, and implementation of Ford Company dealers project (130 dealers).
