- Analyze market trends and exchange rate fluctuations to predict variations in raw material costs, allowing for more accurate budgeting and financial decision making to increase the company's revenue.
- Coordinate the import process, communicating with customs agents and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, minimizing delays and avoiding penalties that could affect the operation.
- Establish strategic relationships with suppliers, participating in regular meetings and visits to ensure the quality of the products and services purchased, as well as exploring opportunities for innovation.
- Prepare and analyze supplier performance reports, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply quality, punctuality and cost.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, planning, finance and tax, aligning purchasing needs with production demand, ensuring that the strategy of increasing revenue is achieved in an integrated manner. Main projects and results achieved:
Prospect, develop and homologate suppliers of plastic molds for sewing threads, with a focus on supply security and preventing stock-outs. The project resulted in diversification portfolio and the negotiation of better commercial conditions, such as an increase in the payment period from 30 to 55 days.
