Vetta TechnologiesAnalista Desenvolvedor
Oct. 2011 - Jul. 2012Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, BrazilAt Vetta Tech, I contributed to the development and maintenance of managerial and operational reporting tools for VIVO, one of Brazil’s largest telecommunications companies, serving over 90 million customers across mobile, broadband, and enterprise services. My work focused on their integrated platform for sales, compensation, and commission control, a mission-critical system supporting more than 4,000 retail locations and 20,000+ internal users across the country. As a full-stack developer using object-oriented PHP, I built and maintained dynamic forms, structured complex business data in JSON, and implemented robust front- and back-end functionality — improving overall platform responsiveness and scalability. I led the refactoring of key legacy modules, resulting in up to 60% faster load times for high-traffic reports and a 40% reduction in support tickets related to system errors and inconsistencies. These efforts improved platform stability and reduced operational overhead. This role sharpened my ability to balance front-end usability with complex backend logic, and gave me hands-on experience building enterprise-grade features with real business impact. Although I stepped away due to a family emergency, the experience remains a career milestone — combining technical depth, high-scale system exposure, and the challenge of delivering under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
