Over 20 years, I have had opportunities to work in various fields, including, but not limited to, - Hospitality: I have not only worked in many departments, starting from the bottom, working as a server, to progressing to management of departments, resulting in being employed as an Operations director. Finally recruited to rebuild and relaunch a restaurant that had been shut down by the Health Department. I got the restaurant up to health and safety standards and reopened, recruited new staff, trained existing and new staff in all departments, severs, kitchen/cooks, management, designed the menu and setup point of sales, solely responsible for advertisement. Day to day running of the business. I got the restaurant from being closed by Health Department, to being one of the most successful ones in the area. - Manufacturing: I was employed to prevent this factory from not only closure, but debt recovery and Tax consulting to avoid fines and prosecution. This involved working out costings, setting up administration procedures, HR, arranged repayment plans with creditors and settled all debts within 18-months, including outstanding Tax. - Aquatics coaching in multi disciplines, and owning a successful instruction institution, and consulting and coaching at a High School
