•Diligently monitoring and managing the project's budget, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, while devising effective solutions to maintain progress and drive the project towards successful outcomes.
•Upholding IT control systems and processes developed to ensure strict adherence to IT Project management compliance guidelines, frameworks, Project Management Professional (PMP) standards, and internal policies.
•Establishing a robust project governance structure, ensuring consistent compliance with the IT Project Management Office (PMO) office's prescribed ways of working, as well as internal and external audit requirements.
•Collaborating with the Communications Manager to formulate a comprehensive communications strategy for Phase 2 business adoption during the go-live phase and subsequent hyper care support.
•Skilfully completing the planning stage of Phase 2 in the United States, encompassing resource allocation, budgeting, and precise timelines.
•Implementing the Dr Martens careers site in close collaboration with the Talent Team, Brand Management, third-party website hosts, and Ceridian, ensuring that the candidate experience and brand alignment align with Dr Martens' core business values.
•Working closely with product owners, scrum masters, solutions lead, and technical managers to meticulously plan projects, schedule workloads and resources, and consistently deliver successful projects and products.
