• Organized every aspect of their trip such as schedule, hotels, food, transportation, and horse acquisition for the tournament they would be participating in at the end of their stay.
• Managed various stakeholders at the same time, as there were other interested parties and Colombian sponsors who also expected this project to succeed.
• Budget development and accounting tasks had to be carried out to ensure that every aspect of the trip was paid for, while leaving proceeds intact.
