Facilitate training for new employees, ensuring their comprehensive understanding of operations, relevant software, and all
associated policies and procedures; develop, update, and document changes to procedures and training materials.
Leverage subject matter expertise of financial processes, internal controls, and accounting policies to identify, research, and resolve
billing variances via working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities, resulting in maintaining
system accuracy and currency.
