•Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, parental leave) and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
•Conduct benefits new-hire orientation and support open enrollment (system testing, employee guidance).
•Audit benefits data, process terminations, and manage retirement recognition program.
•Maintain compliance with HR documentation, including payroll audits, I-9 verification, and labor law postings.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure seamless onboarding.
•Prepare and process HR invoices, track volunteer participation, and manage supply/work orders.
