Jun. 2017· Research and make initial contact with potential clients, generate leads, reach out to potential clients via “cold calls” and “cold emails,” and track all in a shared, online system · Follow through with potential clients in a timely manner and present/sell customized events,programs, team builders, charity events and proposed scheduling of events · Negotiate and execute contracts based on client preferences, budget, availability, and needs · Organize, manage, and communicate specific logistical, technical, and production aspects of the company’s programs between the company’s managing partners, facilitators, and clients. Included in this is the assisting with advancing logistical and production information and plans, conveying of said plans for successful execution to and by facilitators, and documenting and maintaining communications and paperwork with regards to all circumstances involving the company’s events.
