- Provided independent technical consultancy for Al-Kharsaah 800MW solar PV project at different stages, from bidding stage to construction monitoring and performance assessment. Identified key elements to address yield losses during operations and improve power plant LCOE and lifetime. - Provided technical consultancy to the solarization of QF Education City. Defined the specifications, sizing, characteristics and design of the project. Developed a comprehensive report detailing findings and recommendations. - Re-build, planned, designed and executed the new QEERI's outdoor testing facility (OTF, 35000m2) enabling the deployment of demonstrators, pilots and large-scale testing for all institutions and companies
