May. 2024Mentorship/Apprenticeship Program Management | Fundraising & Grant Writing |Partnership Development & Sponsorships | Training Program Management | Event Coordination | Strategic Program Initiatives •Mentorship/Apprenticeship Program Management: Recruit, interview, and vet mentors and mentees. Match participants and coordinate kick-off, mid-point, and graduation meetings, maintaining detailed databases of participants and their progress. •Fundraising & Grant Writing: Lead efforts to research, develop, and connect with donors and fundraising opportunities. Manage the development and submission of grant applications. •Partnership Development & Sponsorships: Establish partnerships and maintain a database of current and potential corporate donors and sponsors. Cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors to secure funding for ongoing initiatives. •Training Program Management: Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop technical and soft skills training programs. Monitor course development, manage participants, and facilitate post-course evaluations to drive continuous improvement. •Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing SheTek events, including coordinating with speakers, volunteers, and instructors. Contribute to marketing and promotion efforts to expand community participation. •Strategic Program Initiatives: Worked with the founder and board of directors to develop and implement various program initiatives, participate in committee and board meetings.
