• Perform area routines: admission, termination, approval, vacations, 13th salary, electronic point, hour bank, PLR, fopag, calculation of charges, caged and annual routines;
• Support CNDS regularization processes and monitor collective agreements;
• Administer benefit programs: VT, VA, VR, AC, Health Insurance, Dental, Life Insurance, Pension, Chartered, Vaccinations, Toll and Parking Reimbursement;
• Create and develop quality of life programs and best practices in benefits;
• Structuring the HR services area, mapping processes, implementing and executing eSocial;
• Develop HR policies (fopag, benefits, home office, admission, dismissal, removal, recruitment and selection, performance management and compensation;
• Develop management reports to support decision-making processes;
• Support occupational health and safety processes (PPRA, PCMSO, Ergonomic Report, LTCAT, Cipa, eSocial and SESMT.
