Weber ShandwickProducer
Apr. 2023 - May. 2024London, England, United KingdomHaving worked for multinational household brands such as eBay, WEX, Roche, Mars Pedigree, GSK, Tinder, Papa Johns, The Mayor of London, Esso, Novartis, and Adobe, I’ve gained a thorough understanding of end-to-end production processes. Projects have ranged from stills shoots to radio and cinema commercials, activations, social media campaigns, events, and influencer marketing campaigns. In this role I have been responsible for negotiating and writing contracts, booking talent and resources, managing budgets, schedules, licence agreements, writing call sheets, creative concepting, leading client calls, writing briefs and risk assessments while leading the end-to-end management of creative projects, and acting as a liaison between creative and client teams. Some of my notable projects include a social media campaign I produced for Health Tech Without Borders, this was created to shine a light on the doctors and practitioners around the world offering free online consultations to anyone in Ukraine injured and requiring help, with a budget of 0 I had to be resourceful and call in favours from our trusted production partners to get this one off the ground. ‘Love London’ was a radio, print and cinema campaign we launched in 2022 to draw Londoners back into the capital after the pandemic for the Greater London Authority. Here I had first hand experience here of the Clearcast process for radio and cinema outputs. My other key responsibility was creating case studies of our marketing work, which played a significant role in the agency winning numerous awards. I meticulously documented the strategies, execution, and outcomes of our most successful campaigns, highlighting our innovative approaches and measurable results. These detailed case studies not only showcased our expertise and effectiveness but also served as powerful tools in industry award submissions, and in securing new business.
