Led the development of the Materiel Seaworthiness Management Plan (MSMP) and Materiel Seaworthiness Assurance Plan (MSAP) including 90-Day Assurance Plans gathering data from Departmental Materiel Audits (DMAs), Fleet Technical Assessments (FTAs), External Maintenance Periods (EMPs), Operational Sustainment Management Meetings (OSMMs), and other extant methods of capturing relevant assurance data to generate metrics for improvement programs. Defined and improved the enterprise operating model under Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methodology to develop a consistent end-to-end functional map using CORE SPECTRUM functions from contracts (including Australian Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) framework) to work instructions and focused on positions, obligating instruments, enabling information technology tools, and evidentiary artefacts.
