Oversee daily team operation consists of 15 members with a focus on maintaining performance metrics and take decisive actions on real-time handling. Implement corrective actions for underperformance when necessary, including coaching, performance improvement plans, and other measures.
- Leadership Support. Act as main captain who proactively communicate with Team Leader regarding floor management and performance issues, take decisive actions on case-to-case handling, maintaining KPI > 90% reports, and actively contributing to identify trends and recommend strategic operational improvements.
- Customer Support & Resolution. Address customer issues with precision and adherence to company policies. Provide escalated support while ensuring seamless and innovative solutions that uphold customer satisfaction and targets retention.
- Learning & development. Deliver through training and continuous coaching for new hires and cross-functional teams. Ensure all team members understand and adhere to operational procedures, identify high-performing agents for future leadership, driving performance improvements through regular monitoring and feedback sessions.
- Fulfillment Management. Oversee non-fulfillment cases by utilizing comprehensive driver database, negotiated pricing, and commission structures to expedite service completion. Consistently improve acceptance rates and meet or exceed KPIs, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets.
- Cross-team Exposure. Occasionally provide support towards toward cross-functional team during high volume hours. Ensuring operational consistency across groups.
