Work Background

Tails of the CityOwner
Mar. 2018I am the proud owner of Tails of the City in Georgetown. I have doubled revenue for the Georgetown location and personally did many construction tasks to build out a small dog area. I also handled all Human Resources tasks to develop training programs, onboarding and offboarding, and implemented new software for all team members. As an owner/ operator I have taken on marketing and advertising, HR, customer relations, community relations, the physical upkeep of our locations, and more. Capitol Hill is my new project and I have: negotiated the terms and cost of our lease, completed a build-out of an 8500 square foot facility, launched a new location, recruited employees and customers online, navigated all things COVID-19 and then CHOP related.
