Consistently identifying gaps and areas of improvement for; onboarding, offboarding, policies, and practices. •Partnered with VP, HR by implementing Quarterly Talent Review from inception to conducting in person and remote training for managers and employees. •Created new policies such as; Non Exempt Guides for multi states, Performance Improvement Plans, elements of the Parental Leave Policy, Relocation Policy and more. •Created and updated company HR Intranet in Confluence for all Veritone employees. •Ran HR analytical reports on a weekly basis; headcount, turnover, compensation, demographics, etc. in four different systems prior to fully integrated M&A. •Primary point of contact for employee relations, working closely with hiring managers to resolve and mitigate employee issues including Performance Improvement Plans. •Partnered closely with Legal and Security in managing our LMS content for all employees.
