Full desk recruiter engaging in sourcing and recruiting for our open positions both Onshore & Offshore with qualified professionals. * Specialize in the Recruitment, Sourcing and Talent Acquisition placement of oil & gas professionals across the industry.
*Qualify candidates, interview, check references, and participate in client visits, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and closure of deals.
*Assist in building data base of candidates and clients.
*Capture and retain quality information on consultant status, rate, skills, strengths, weakness, etc.
*Establish and achieve personal production goals.
*Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
*Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
*Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
*Play an active role in contribution and execution of the client’s global business strategy.
*Agency Vendor Relations Management Onshore & Offshore (Vendor Selection, Terms & Conditions, Negotiations, Management of compliance with MSA)
*Oracle PeopleSoft (ATS)
*University & Experienced Career Fairs
*Manage, Source & Negotiate External Job Boards
*Negotiation of Salaries w/Candidates & (Agencies)
*Recruiting Audits *Keep management apprised of process & procedures 4 recruitment & ensure all are working within guidelines, processes & procedures
