1. Create strategy to embed the Tokopedia DNA and FIRST culture to all Nakama, especially Nakama of Tokopedia Care
2. Monitoring engagement activities that has been executed by team
3. Collaborate with other teams/departments to execute culture development project
4. Analyzing related data to improve the strategy
5. Award winning/competition preparation Education & Engagement
1. Responsible to maintain and improve engagement of Tokopedia Care social media (Instagram & Twitter)
2. Review all creative contents for external communication; social media engagement, branding, education, and others
3. Collaborate with other teams/departments to execute Online Campaign (socmed ads, quizzes, education, others)
4. Maintain and improve communication guideline for Customer-First Squad
5. Make sure all external communication (including crisis comms) in line with our standard
6. Create strategy to increase brand awareness and positive brand perception of Tokopedia Care
7. Maintain positive sentiment of Tokopedia Care on socia media Production
1. Monitor all production results for internal and external purpose (visual, video, and motion)
2. Responsible to maintain collaboration between requesters and designers 3. Create production improvements (faster production period, better visual result, others)
4. Make sure all visual, video, and motion result cover all messages that we want to deliver 5. Collaborate with other teams/departments for specific project
