Collaborate with other teams/departments to execute Online Campaign (socmed ads, quizzes, education, others) 4. Maintain and improve communication guideline for Customer-First Squad 5. Make sure all external communication (including crisis comms) in line with our standard 6. Create strategy to increase brand awareness and positive brand perception of Tokopedia Care 7. Maintain positive sentiment of Tokopedia Care on socia media Production 1. Monitor all production results for internal and external purpose (visual, video, and motion) 2. Responsible to maintain collaboration between requesters and designers 3. Create production improvements (faster production period, better visual result, others) 4. Make sure all visual, video, and motion result cover all messages that we want to deliver 5. Collaborate with other teams/departments for specific project
