Jan. 2010As an independent human resources consultant with many years of experience and expertise, my mission is to always exceed the short-term leadership expectations outlined by my clients. Organizations that have deployed me for project assignments and/or Interim HR leadership assignments have seen positive results such as workforce stabilization, resolution to employee relation issues, internal process improvements, and financial savings. I get things done using leadership skills that focus on the issues and at the same time empower and develop others. The healthcare industy is responsible for most of my assignments, but I have worked with clients in other industries and welcome all opportunities.
