Shipped version 1 with zero blockers and positive initial feedback. - Navigated technical and commercial trade-offs to bring an early-stage concept to life, aligning internal leadership and external partners. - Designed and launched a product-led growth (PLG) pilot for a legacy product, targeting top-of-funnel activation via in-product onboarding and self-serve conversion triggers. - Built PLG campaign playbooks and defined activation and engagement metrics, aligning OKRs with commercial, product, and marketing goals. - Partnered with marketing and sales to launch a PLG nurture journey, creating follow-up campaigns for warm leads to drive pipeline momentum.
