Contracted to the NJ Systems Development, Management and Maintenance Unit – NJKIDS • Reviewed State Information Transmittals to determine possible impact to the New Jersey Automated Child Support Case Management System (NJKiDS). • Drafted communications to Child Support professionals located in the local and central offices. • Assisted in creating procedures that moved the New Jersey Automated Child Support Case Management system (NJKiDS) project into the Maintenance and Operations Phase.
• Liaised with various agencies as well as internal and external organizations in order to successfully, troubleshoot issues, create procedures, maintain daily operations, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Wrote system instructions and release notes.
• Researched federal requirements and identified potential impacts to the change control process.
• Assisted in monitoring the Change Control process (Change Controls are requested enhancements to the New Jersey Automated Child Support Case Management system).
• Assisted in the coordination of the Federal Review process. Gathered requested documents & maintained communications with reviewing agency.
• Created presentations for stakeholder groups for various child support systems impacts. • Conducted special studies, investigated issues, and took on special projects on an as needed basis.
• Prepared reports to provide summary and analysis of aforementioned studies, issues, & projects.
• Assisted in the preparation of the Annual Advanced Planning Document.
