Due to the quality of the system developed by Credihome and its alignment with the business, we decided to migrate all processes to it. It was a challenging project that required process adjustments and the management of demands and frustrations from various sources. We successfully concluded the system migration within the set timeframe, achieving all goals. It was a successful project and quite challenging.

Moreover, it was my responsibility to select and orchestrate the integration of highly relevant business technologies, ensuring our solutions were aligned with the demands and goals of the group.
The primary technical challenge was creating a low-cost, easy to implement, but also high-performance technology stack that was ideal to meet Credihome's diverse needs in an extremely volatile market in which, due to rapid growth, unpredictable demands must be supported. This involved a meticulous analysis of each sector's specific requirements, evaluating the team's internal technical knowledge, as well as carefully selecting technologies that could be utilized effectively and at scale. The use of Cloud solutions and the establishment of a solid foundation enabled swift collaboration between the internal system and the banking systems, allowing Credihome to become the market leader and the first to have native integrations with various banks.
Furthermore, forming high-performance teams also posed a significant challenge. I was in charge of creating, recruiting, developing, and leading talents dedicated to different aspects of the IT field. Establishing a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning was essential to fostering a cohesive team capable of tackling ever-evolving technological challenges.
At the end of the journey, we had an extremely capable team, a balanced cost structure, individuals with various technical proficiencies, and an incredibly solid, integrated product capable of withstanding high demand, all at a much lower total cost compared to competitors.

Apr. 2019 - Jun. 2020São PauloResponsible for structuring the IT department, overseeing and specifying projects from an architectural standpoint with good development practices, adopting business-relevant technologies, and implementing security policies across all companies within the group. At Finvest, I managed several companies within the group, notably Credihome, which is a mortgage marketplace, and Fincapital, which was a Fintech that offered mortgage and home-equity for Credihome, but with a different approach to calculate risk, offering real estate for people that usually are not accepted by traditional banks. At Fincapital, I was the technical lead in conceptualizing the back-office credit analysis and operational system. I also participated in discussions with the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen), directly engaging in the homologation process and even acting as a bank reserve pilot during the initial implementation days. A Bank Reserve Pilot is the one responsible to accept and refuse credit and debit messages received by Bacen’s payments messaging keeping the flux of money on the organization reserved account and reinvesting on treasury bonds to keep the money protected. Creating a digital bank was a rewarding experience that provided me with a more comprehensive understanding of systems and the functioning of the Brazilian banking system. The systems created used a react front-end with high availability provided by a S3 and Cloud Front CDN. The backend was mainly in AWS Lambda and DynamoDb. This way we could guarantee a high SLA to our customers.

Development of a mobile sales system used by companies such as Cervejaria Petropolis, General Mills, and other food and beverage distributors across the entire national territory. I assembled a development team to cater to various clients with complementary profiles, aiming to expand the company's product range. Analysis and development of price survey systems used by companies like Johnson & Johnson, Mead & Johnson, and LG. In these systems, I was directly responsible for designing the solution and creating the report generation environment using SQL's Reporting Services in a read-only database. I was also in charge of the migration strategy from on-premises servers to a 100% Cloud architecture, as well as migrating certain services to use AWS ECS and/or Lambda. In 2005, I led the creation of the Equipe Online system and the two-way SMS service offered by Nextel Brazil. The SMS solution was created on ASP.NET as a WAP/WAP2 solution directly connected to Nextel’s WAP Gateway.
