Growing the men's department by 10-15% positive profit growth each year in comparison to the LY for the men's department. This includes Design direction, Color Palette direction, Trend direction, Design conception - tech pack - fitting - execution / quality control. Abisai was also the Lead Designer/Manager for the Men's Graphics department overseeing all graphic design for Men's. Abisai also spearheaded the Men's Denim Department overseeing all Denim design, wash development and production. During his latest year at F21 Abisai has been expanding his responsibilities, taking on Key Collaboration Collections, Outerwear and Jackets, Knits and Sweaters, and Overseeing hard wovens & essentials. Having 2 direct reports Abisai has shown his managerial skillsets in developing young designers to their full potential while never allowing deadlines to be missed. Abisai continues to develop best selling product with the team, in an effort to turn the business around, although Men's is only a fraction of the entire company which is mainly comprised of women's design products. Abisai & the Men's department has continuously shown its worth year after year with selling data to prove it. Flew out for 3 weeks to oversee factory production, with the goal of teaching wash technicians on site more efficient and updated ways to achieve desired vintage denim washes. Including directing dry process techniques, and wash formulas.

-Created a new denim archive for company by directing the interior design and layout of a new denim storage room, organized and sorted out best denim samples that reflect Guess?'s denim history and acheivments, as well as the most up to date and relevant samples.
-Created "Denim Bible" a detailed handbook with all of the fundamental and necessary information about the brands denim fits, sizing, base fabrics, and denim styling identity.
-Sourced fabric and oversaw development of fabric from handloom to garment form. -Organized and kept track of Development, Store Bought and Color Run Samples.
-Styled/Created outfits for all Photshoots, Fashion Shows.

-Traveled to North Carolina as a Denim Wash Competition finalist, and visited Cone Mills, and Dystar for an intensive educational week of denim fabric, dye, and wash techniques.
