Jul. 2007 - Oct. 2023Las Tejerías, Aragua State, VenezuelaIn 2007 I led the international EPC team in the 13M USD project “Habitat Solution” that in the next 5 years would launch the new expanded polystyrene panel factory in Venezuela CONCRECASA ® , for the production of industrialized house kits with nominal capacity of 1,000,000 m2/year of standard type panels.
In 2011, as a Manufacturing Innovation Engineer, I developed value for the company in a customized ERP-A2 program, executing productive capacity in terms of operational intelligence. I also regularized and standardized the products under ASTM standards for LATAM and UNI for the Dutch Caribbean market. During 2016 I created two new wall prototypes with the internal wet house system (Bath Caracol) and another to counteract R120 fires at the PDVSA El Palito Refinery. That model was also appreciated by the agricultural industry for its easy installation versus safety control. Likewise, in 2016 I developed VENICON as a consortium of more than 14 industries with leadership from CONCRECASA (R) for the development of exports of construction materials and products with a single HS code (target Caribbean area).
Additionally, between 2019 & 2021, as Project Manager, I collaborated in the installation of a 7-story Modern Architecture building (free of columns or beams). obtaining Dutch construction approval for Aruba (ROP).
As Supply Chain Manager in 2019, he led the international procurement of the national Tera Kora Project. Finally, in 2023, as PMI, I collaborated in the Bonaire “Kite surf” Project, guaranteeing the reduction of Co2 with the use of low environmental impact materials (EPS, radiation cooling of walls and floor, use of the upper wind system/ lower, natural unevenness and wind). At last time, The CUR-EPS project has been formalized for the National entity CINEX (Curacao) to take advantage of European incentives for overseas countries to achieve government objectives in isolation housing for 2030 in the Netherlands (Presented in Abu Dhabi 2023)
