I was hired to design the Global HR strategy then subsequently brought on full time to execute on that strategy.
After successful development and implementation of the programs outlined in the strategy while simultaneously designing and co-leading the COVID 19 programs, I opted to return to strategic consulting and pass the reigns to the successor I hired and trained for the job.
In my role, I created numerous programs consistently leading to increased efficiency, cost reductions and high employee engagement. This includes:
A shared services department responsible for company wide administration, events planning & temporary project support reducing headcount by three FTE while improving quality of service and expansion from 5 departments to the entire organization.
The first paperless and fully automated department, setting the standard for the company.
The creation and expansion of the companies first Data Analytics Department. Upon completion I recommended transfer to Finance & Business Ops where it belonged.
Compensation structure including variables and incentives.
A three tier Employee Recognition program rewarding top talent and creating incentive for peak performance and collaboration.
An internal training and dr development program that leverages existing talent to develop employees while creating mentorship and retaining legacy knowledge and maximizing limited training budget funds.
These are a few of the myriad programs that led to high engagement, healthy turnover, natural diversity and collaboration and ultimately, success.
