Overall deliverables - 17 Modules • Integration – SAP ECC 6.0 and 3rd party integrations with 5 other Vendors. All 6 integrations were API based with overall 80+ touchpoints • Migration – Completed Migration for Pilot (20 Distributors) and Rollout (1200 Distributors) • Resource Management – Managed 22 resources along with their access, authorizations, Asset Requirements, availability, forecasting, timesheets, and appraisals. • Stakeholder Engagement and Management – Managed internal (Leadership) and external stakeholders (Client, another counterpart – Big 4, and Salesforce) • Change Management – This was a massive change for their internal Employees and Distributors. I was actively involved with the client to devise strategies and Plan the Change management for their Internal employees and their Distributors • Reporting – Daily Project Report, Internal Leadership connects, Resource stock movement, Weekly Project Communications, Weekly PMO Calls, Biweekly Steerco, Monthly Sponsor Updates • Tracked and Managed Project related issues/risks and proactively deployed mitigation/contingency plans. • Instituted various processes within the team to increase Productivity and instill ownership and accountability • Maintained strong Customer Communication, Expectation Management, and Escalation Handling • Generated a recurring revenue of $24000 per month and also instituted a pipeline for Phase 2.
