Achievements: Implemented a SharePoint with complete governance. Reclassified the backlog into five categories for greater visibility and prioritization. Created quarterly internal satisfaction surveys. Automated equipment inventory control, eliminating downtime due to lack of supplies. Conducted forums with key users to define priorities and strengthen communication between operations and IT.
