*Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all written drafts submitted to clients meet our company's quality standards. Review and assess the content's accuracy, factual consistency, and overall effectiveness.
*Publication and Headline Review: Review the presentation of headlines, publications and reports, including the formatting, layout, and tone. Ensure they are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with the overall objectives of our clients' PR campaigns.
*Team Assistance: Helping the writers during calls with clients in determining the angles of the stories. Train and provide direction and feedback to the writers' writing performance.
*Special Projects: Assist partners and the general manager in performing special tasks as assigned. This may include, but not limited to, writing, editing, proofreading, and participating in additional projects such as blog writing and internal news stories.
