My responsibilities as a store planner included: • Allocation of fashion, replenishment and seasonal replenishment merchandise to optimise turnover and profit • New branch planning in order to accurately stock new stores • Detailed profiling at a subclass level for many complex departments • Location planning also known as clustering or grading in order to produce accurate sales plans by subclass by month in order to determine allocation quantities and subclass width and depth • Store and product analysis at all levels for multiple situations - followed by detailed plans of action • Input into all levels of business strategy and store merchandising

I completed the programme with an average presentation score which was the highest in my class and a final sign off presentation score which was highest in my class.
