- Acted as project lead for software changes, covering HR, Payroll, CMMS, Procurement, and ATIO ERP/POS projects.
- Monitored, maintained, and supported the company's networks, servers, and file systems.
- Met company objectives by upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software.
- Prevented potential threats by implementing security protocols and procedures.
- Formulated user accounts and performed access control.
- Optimized computer systems by performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures.
- Created data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Delivered technical support and training on various systems, covering MS Office 365, ATIO ERP/POS system, BambooHR, and Citrix, across all islands (Anguilla, Montserrat, BVI, St. Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis) in a timely manner.
