This helps create an environment which drives the best possible performance from the business and the HR team. I partner with the Exec team coaching senior business leaders to co-design and deliver their people plans with HR to support the delivery of the business strategy. • Anticipate organisational and talent needs while navigating a rapidly changing landscape, supporting strategic priorities and shaping the culture and direction of the organisation. • Proactively manage and prioritise the support of business needs with HR strategies /objectives • Workforce management, strategy and policy development including service improvement and sustainability, financial and capacity planning. • Shape the workforce Strategy and drive forward the change required to implement my Talent and Culture Framework and Future proof Workforce Plan. - Launched Learning and Development offering within HR function (Classroom and online learning)
- Launched Global Town Hall Series with the Exec Team
- Crafted all business policies applicable to UK & US staff (E.g. those legally required as well as those that provide additional benefits to the business and employees)
- Reviewed current benefit vendor offering and negotiated a better deal for the business
- Launched Bi-Annual Talent Mapping & Succession Planning exercise to drive culture of continuous career development
- Designed and launched Career Page on company Website
