Successfully acquired new accounts, including a 600+ store grocery chain on the east coast.
Key Accounts: • Handled day to day issues for largest client (60% of company business), built relationship with replenishment analyst, handled escalated concerns by arranging personal visits to corporate headquarters, successfully negotiated price increases, managed bids for new products and acted as a liaison during company audits.
