S.J. Pretorius transitioned from entrepreneur to business coach more than 2 decades ago, in 2001, to pursue his interest in helping other entrepreneurs and dedicate his professional life to coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs. His journey took him from experience and self-discovery to formal training on a global scale, acquiring valuable additional skills, tools and a vast knowledge base on developing and guiding owners of small businesses to success. One notable achievement of SJ Pretorius is one small business that grew by more than 600% in the first 6 weeks of receiving coaching from him. Since 1996, S.J. Underwent, Assisted, Co-facilitated and then Facilitated personal development, which was a catalyst in his own life. Passionate to share the tips, tools & techniques learned with as many experts as possible to culminate in helping individuals unleash their own potential. Helped more than 5000 Individuals in this manner. In 1998 started formal facilitation of the Management Sciences at business school level, and is was still actively involved at Business Schools as freelance Faculty Member up to 2016. Over the years has conveyed pragmatic skills in Project Management, Operations Management, Information Management and more recently Sales & Marketing Management to 1000s of individuals in Prominent Industries & Government in Southern Africa and the Middle East. As Independent International Consultant, for the past 27 years, with 5 years concentrated in the United States, Facilitated, Project Managed and Facilitated Change, for more than 50 companies on 1000s of projects. Has successfully delivered Projects that spanned the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and Australia across industry sectors such as Banking, Investment Banking, Financial Services, Aviation, Fixed Line Telecommunications, Wireless Telecommunications, Retail, etc. Now lives in South Africa and while working Locally and from time-to-time Internationally.
