• Grew the program into a flagship outfit: Increased revenue threefold, as well as improved quality, reputation, and learning outcomes. Organized all operations and logistics.
• Ran marketing and branding campaigns, incorporating overall social media marketing strategies. Evaluated new market opportunities and implemented student and partnership acquisition strategies.
• Developed an internationalization outreach strategy. Established partnerships in South Korea, Japan, China, Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Slovakia, Lithuania, Poland, Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam & more.
• Rendered branding and marketing decisions, operations decisions, administrative decisions, hiring decisions, pricing decisions, salary decisions, quality assurance decisions, as well as the corresponding strategies. • Undertook extensive networking and advocacy strategies to recruit the most esteemed staff each semester. Managed 100+ individuals over the course of my tenure. • Managed all outgoing student and staff international mobilities, including visa acquisition at foreign embassies, housing abroad, travel arrangements, bank accounts, health insurance and course credit transfers.
• Managed all incoming student and staff mobilities including hotels and housing, transportation, travel arrangements, visa extensions, weekly itineraries, lecture topics and course schedules.
• Traveled to Europe, the U.S., and East Asia to promote the program, network, and present on such topics as: Southeast Asian geopolitics, marketing strategies in developing countries, global antitrust law, and the effects of colonialism on policing systems in developing countries.
• Performed quality assurance measures under the Ministry of Education. Oversaw all lecturer curricula. Conducted lecturer evaluations and dismissals.
