In my current role at Marshall’s, I have worn multiple hats—ranging from Administrative Assistant to Purchasing Manager and Deparment Supervisor. This has required me to work across departments, coordinate work orders, manage inventory and vendors, and lead teams through project completion. I’ve streamlined job workflows, implemented new software systems, and overseen the day-to-day operations critical to project success. I am equally comfortable interfacing with contractors, utility companies, or field teams, and I bring an adaptive, solutions-focused mindset to every task. Prior to this, I owned and operated multiple businesses in real estate, event production, and wellness—experiences that honed my skills in client service, vendor negotiation, and team management. My professional journey reflects a consistent ability to pivot, grow, and lead with both initiative and heart. My foundation in education, including a Master’s degree focused on inclusion and technology, further supports my ability to build systems that are efficient, equitable, and responsive.
