- Responsible for crisis communications strategies, media relations, institutional relations, product, and institutional advertising, and promotional activities of ASESUISA, a subsidiary of SURA Group.
- In charge of customer service areas, complaints management, telephone attention, and digital inquiry/complaints channels.
- Leading brand tracking and awareness studies, customer and insurance brokers satisfaction measurement, - Coordinated launching of new products.
- Concept proposal for annual sales incentives program.
- Boosted brand transition process to meet SURA's Latin American megabrand plan.
- Defined a digital strategy (social media, website, and mobile app).
- Helped establish alliances for social projects. i.e. Children's museum "Riesgolandia" exhibit, agreement to support the first children's library and cultural center, El Castillo through Fundacion SURA.
- Consolidated corporate volunteering program with Fundación SURA.
