b. Accountable for Sterra's annual revenue: 100% growth annually. 2. Profitability and cash flow Reduce fixed costs: Strategy to change our customer journey to be more profitable (fixed cost reduced: $100 - $150k) 3. Company tech stack:
Ensure tech stack gels between operations, CX, data, marketing, and sales. This resulted in reduced manual work and manpower costs for manual work. 4. Scaling the team from team of 4 to 150 profitably.
