Responsible for General Management and functioning of three business centers Making sure all company standards are fulfilled and customers get an excellent service. Ensure customers agreements are set up correctly. Setting up and moving out of customers from their offices. In charge of client's retention, handling renewals, negotiating Events organization for customers. Meeting rooms management. Sales and revenue management, seeking for new revenue opportunities, conducting sales tours to prospect clients and closing deals. Management of customers complaints. Monitoring monthly payments from customers. Billing and collections. Dealing with suppliers and stock control of the center. Vendor procurement coordinator. Maximizing profit to the company by obtaining best deals from suppliers. Use of bespoke software to issue Purchase Orders, closing and/or cancelling P.O. Monitoring delivery. Installing and configuring IT and Telecom services and hardware to customers. Managing the Communication Room. Patch bay and server racks. Working with the General Manager and P&L spreadsheet in order to spot any losses in the center. Team organization and training
