Personal Profile: Collective Leader turned founder and C.E.O. Senior training consultant, coach, mediator and facilitator. Specialized in fusing applied art, experiential learning, wholistic wellness and conflict transformation methodologies in the design and facilitation of bold spaces to be and change. Designs and delivers programs across people and culture, equity, diversity and inclusion, leadership, youth and community and personal transformation. A passionate and accomplished music producer, composer and performing artist. Grand vision: A world in which everyone experiences wellbeing, acceptance, a sense of belonging and enoughness so they shine their own unique light and deliver their healing gifts to the world. Mission : To work with my hybrid of wholistic wellness, personal and social leadership development and multi-disciplinary arts expertise, to design training programs and creative projects that contribute to people and organizations fully utilising their unique resources to achieve global excellence. My aim is to facilitate the development of talent from a foundation of creativity, communication, self-leadership and wholistic wellness. Career History Career History Awo 2020 – Present I founded AWO collective at the height of the pandemic as a response to the isolation and need for connection expressed within my professional circles. I called together friends and colleagues to explore the challenges presented by the ‘new normal’ and the opportunity of collaboration. What emerged has now become a collective, made up of over 100 transformational leaders and changemakers from around the world. We believe the root of a leader’s vision lies in their unique story. Secondly, we believe a leader’s gift is most powerfully and sustainably delivered when built on a foundation of wholistic health, which is the bedrock of our philosophy of ‘Wellness Leadership’. In 2024 we registered the collective and became 3 legal entities. Our vision is build 3 companies A creative agency and online gallery in the UK
