I’m a psychology honours graduate with a strong people-centred and systems-aware approach to work. About Me I hold an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Town and am a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor. My background includes online counselling, student support, academic and wellbeing-focused work, and customer-facing roles in hospitality and service environments. I’m particularly drawn to roles where I can support people holistically - understanding individuals in context, responding with empathy, and helping create structure, clarity, and progress. I work best in environments that value collaboration, reflection, and continuous learning, and I adapt my approach dynamically rather than relying on rigid formulas.
