As a member of the Credit User Experience Design team, I designed and improve user experiences in credit product on-boarding and debt servicing. Much of what we did was centered around seamlessly integrating our innovative financing options into the PayPal wallet. In Platform Services, I worked as the UX designer for the external PayPal developer portal (http://developer.paypal.com) and the internal dev portal. Duties include creating conceptual mockups for new features; performing user research with developers at hackathons; and working with content and visual designers to improve consistency in the site.
