- Responsible for both Agency Staff (staff aug) and Contracted Consultant (fee for service/SOW) contingent worker populations consisting of 3,000+ contractors - Managed relationship with Locum Tenens Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- In-sourced Contingent Labor Program (CLP) replacing existing MSP model resulting in a first-year cost savings of 3.5+ million dollars
- Managed over RFP process to identify and select a new vendor/visitor management software to reduce technical debt and satisfy CMS Vaccine requirements
- Leveraged market data/research to determine appropriate rates and assignment lengths based on skillset and need
- Consulted business on industry best practices, vendor engagement, workforce strategy and response plans
- Change Management practitioner through all phases of contingent workforce strategy/process implementation
- Appointed Work Stream Lead for system wide Contingent Worker HR and ERP Integration - Responsible for defining, planning and implementing Contingent Workforce strategies and processes for existing or future mergers and acquisitions - Worked with several VMS/IRP vendors - negotiating contracts, ensuring SLA's were met, securing appropriate support/training for direct reports
- Oversaw all contract negotiations under Agency Staff and Contracted Consultant relationships/engagements, ensuring alignment to the lowest cost, highest quality solution for the business, while mitigating risk through upholding compliance standards
- Conducted RFP/RFI processes in partnership with Supply Chain to review potential MSP, VMS, IRP, and other staffing supplier partnerships
