Jul. 2012 - Feb. 2017PhilippinesFrom 2012 to 2017, I served as Assistant Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Megaworld Cebu, where I played a pioneering role in establishing the sales and marketing operations for The Mactan Newtown, a landmark township development in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
As AVP, I was instrumental in launching and growing the sales and broker network for this flagship Visayas project. I led the strategic development of the sales and marketing department—from conceptualization to execution—ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market positioning. My responsibilities included recruitment and training of sales teams, broker engagement, campaign planning, and overseeing all customer acquisition and conversion efforts.
I collaborated closely with top management, project development teams, and local stakeholders to position The Mactan Newtown as a premier mixed-use destination combining residential, commercial, retail, and BPO components. Through targeted marketing strategies, brand partnerships, and data-driven sales programs, I helped lay the foundation for long-term sales success and brand recognition in the highly competitive Cebu real estate market.
This role solidified my expertise in launching large-scale township projects and driving end-to-end sales and marketing strategies at the national level.
