Activity included but was not limited to: • Developing and maximizing programs that address district-wide needs • Managing a staff of six, a contract staff of more than 20 • Stewarding a 21-member board of directors
• Overseeing the organization’s $700,000 budget, implementing financial controls, preparing budgets and financial statements, monitoring expenditures, and reporting performance to board of directors • Designing and executing external communications strategy • Advocating for and serving more than 800 constituents including property owners and businesses
• Building and maintaining relationships and strategic partnerships with other BIDs, nonprofit organizations, city agencies, and elected officials • Local project management of an $8 Million city-funded capital improvement project
